Put water and about 1/4 of the salsa in the bottom of the Pressure Cooker insert. Add the chicken breasts.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning on the chicken, and then pour the remaining salsa over top.

When cook time is completed, allow the Pressure Cooker to sit for 5 minutes. Then manually vent to relieve the remaining pressure, and open the Pressure Cooker.
