• garlic cloves
• onion
• olive oil
• Italian sausage
• spinach
• vegetable broth
• salt
• black pepper
• red pepper flakes
• orecchiette

In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes in olive oil, until lightly browned. Add sausage and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until sausage is no longer pink.
